In addition to any other exclusions and limitations described in this Policy, there are no benefits provided for the following:
10. Conditions caused by:
(a) an act of war (declared or undeclared);
(b) the inadvertent release of nuclear energy when government funds are available for treatment of Illness or Injury arising from such release of nuclear energy; however, benefits may not be able to be provided or may be delayed in the event of a major disaster;
(c) an Insured Person participating in the military service of any country (note: for information about an Insured Person who becomes an active duty member of the military, please see “Cancellation by You” under “Terms of the Policy” in the “General Provisions” section);
(d) an Insured Person participating in an insurrection, rebellion, or riot.“

Life insurance policies
There was a 2022 court ruling in France that surprised a lot of people regarding how some life insurance companies deal with death after covid-19 experimental m-RNA gene therapy injection [s].
The court had this to say
The court recognizes the classification of the insurer who, in view of the announced side effects, including death, legally regards participation in the phase three experiment, whose proven harmlessness is not given, as voluntarily taking a fatal risk that is not covered by the contract and legally recognized as suicide. The family has appealed. However, the insurer’s defense is recognized as well-founded and contractually justified, as this publicly known fatal risk is legally considered suicide, since the customer has been notified and has agreed to voluntarily take the risk of death without being obliged or compelled to do so.
